Instructions
- Combine the spices for the Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
- Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into four equal pieces, then coat with Cajun seasoning.
- Slice the zucchini into half-rounds.
- Heat butter and cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until a dark crust forms.
- Remove the salmon and sauté the zucchini in the remaining butter and spices until tender.
- Serve the salmon and zucchini immediately.
