Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry and let it come to room temperature for 15 minutes.

- Heat a cast iron or stainless steel skillet on medium-high heat and add butter.
- Once the butter has melted, place the salmon in the pan skin-side up, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Cook the salmon for 2-4 minutes until the sides turn opaque, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the pan and let it cool before serving.
