Instructions
- Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Brush melted butter over the salmon fillets and coat with the seasoning mixture.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Place the salmon in the skillet, skin side up, and cook for 3-4 minutes until a dark crust forms.
- Flip the salmon, reduce heat to medium-high, and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.
