No-Rise Cinnamon & Orange Rolls

Orange Roll Glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, buttermilk, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda; pulse until the dough clumps together.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle, approximately 12x15 inches.
- Spread the filling on the dough, then roll it up and slice into pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased pan, preferably ceramic or glass.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, whisk together glaze ingredients.
- Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before spreading the glaze on top.
