Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine the panko breadcrumbs, torn white bread, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, feta, and parmesan. Blend until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the ground turkey, basil pesto, and egg. Mix until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into 15 meatballs, each about 1½ tablespoons in size, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve immediately with whipped feta dip and additional basil pesto if desired.
