Spinach and Feta Turkey Meatballs

The seasoning

Instructions
- Chop the spinach and sauté it in 1 Tbsp of olive oil with a pinch of salt until wilted.
- In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk the egg and add it to the breadcrumb mixture along with the ground turkey, sautéed spinach, and crumbled feta. Mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about one heaping tablespoon each, yielding approximately 24 meatballs.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in the skillet and cook half of the meatballs until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes total.
- Remove the cooked meatballs and repeat with the second batch.
- Serve with your favorite sauce, over pasta, rice, or vegetables.
