Homemade Peanut Butter

Instructions
- Pour the peanuts into a food processor and secure the lid.
- Process the peanuts until they break down into a smooth paste, which takes about 2 minutes.
- Continue processing for another 2 minutes until the peanut butter is very smooth and starts to slosh.
- For a runnier consistency, process for an additional minute.
- Add up to ½ teaspoon of fine sea salt and process again until incorporated.
- Transfer the peanut butter to an airtight jar and store in the fridge.
