Instructions
- Pour the unsalted roasted peanuts into a food processor and secure the lid.
- Blend the peanuts for about 4 minutes until they become thick and crumbly, then form a ball and transition to a thick smooth paste.
- Remove the lid, add the salt, and blend for another 30-60 seconds until the peanut butter is creamy and shiny.
- Transfer the peanut butter to an airtight container and store in the fridge for months or in a cool dry place for a couple of weeks.
