Homemade Peanut Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the peanuts on the baking sheet and roast for 5 minutes.
- Remove the nuts and let them cool slightly, then add to a food processor.
- Process the peanuts until they reach a smooth consistency, pausing to stir if necessary.
- Once smooth, add a pinch of sea salt and any optional ingredients, then pulse for 30 seconds to mix.
- Pour the peanut butter into a jar and refrigerate.
