Instructions
- Add the peanuts to a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Pulse the peanuts until they are finely chopped.
- Process on low speed for 1 minute, then scrape down the sides.
- Continue processing on low speed for a second minute, then scrape down the sides again.
- Process on low speed for a third minute, then scrape down the sides.
- Finally, process on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes until creamy and smooth.
