Homemade Honey Roasted Peanut Butter

peanut oil, vegetable oil, or canola oil (optional)
Instructions
- Pulse/process the honey roasted peanuts in a food processor until they reach a finely ground consistency.
- If the peanuts aren't grinding easily, add up to 1 Tablespoon of oil and process again until smooth.
- You can leave some chunks for texture or stir in chopped honey roasted peanuts.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
