  • 3 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • ΒΌ cup dark chocolate chips

Crunchy Maple Cinnamon Peanut Butter

  • 3β…“ cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • β…“ cup whole peanuts

Instructions

  1. Place peanuts in a high-speed food processor and process for 5-8 minutes, scraping the sides as needed.
  2. For Honey Vanilla Peanut Butter, after processing, add honey, vanilla extract, and coconut oil, then blend until smooth.
  3. For Chocolate Sea Salt Peanut Butter, add dark chocolate chips and sea salt after processing, then blend until mixed.
  4. For Crunchy Maple Cinnamon Peanut Butter, add maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and coconut oil after processing, then blend until smooth, and pulse in whole peanuts.
