Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare 12 muffin tins.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
- 3. In a separate medium bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
- 4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- 5. Spoon the muffin batter into the prepared muffin tins.
- 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
