The Apples

Instructions
- Cook the apple ingredients in a saucepan on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring often.
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- Blend all waffle ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Grease the preheated waffle maker and pour in the batter according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Cook until no steam is escaping from the waffle iron, then repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve the waffles with a generous portion of the cooked apples.
