Instructions
- 1. Cook fat drippings and broth in a saucepan over medium heat until hot.
- 2. Whisk water and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth, then add to the broth in the saucepan.
- 3. Stir constantly with a wire whisk, bring to a boil over medium heat, and boil for 1 minute.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
