Instructions
- Save the fat drippings from the rotisserie chicken or any roasted meat.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water and stir well.
- Heat a small saucepan over medium heat and add the fat drippings along with the chicken broth.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
