Falafel Burgers

The burger mixture

To serve

burger buns

red onion

lettuce

tomato
-
tahini sauce

vegan tzatziki
Instructions
- Combine all burger mixture ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture sticks together.
- Shape the mixture into burger patties and place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake the patties at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes on each side.
- Serve the burgers with your choice of toppings.
