Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a food processor, blend the garlic, carrots, and onion.
- Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, cumin, and salt, and process until combined.
- Mix in the flour and stir until well combined, then fold in the sunflower seeds.
- Scoop ¼-⅓ cup of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening each scoop to about ¼ inch thick.
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 20 minutes.
- Gently flip the burgers and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
