Easy Falafel Burgers

Instructions
- Sauté shallots and garlic, then add to a food processor with chickpeas, herbs, and spices to form a coarse paste.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and mix in sesame seeds, baking powder, flour, and beaten eggs until combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour to firm up.
- Shape the mixture into patties, pressing firmly to hold their shape.
- Fry the patties in hot oil until golden brown or bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
