Instructions
- Make the sauce by blending the first five ingredients until smooth.
- Prepare the patties by processing the chopped onion and other patty ingredients until smooth, then mix with breadcrumbs.
- Shape the mixture into 6 patties and dredge in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the patties for 3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Warm the mini pitas as per package instructions.
- Assemble by topping each pita with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and a patty, then drizzle with sauce.
