Chewy Vegan Oatmeal Cookies

Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet with silicone mats or parchment paper.
- Sift the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt together in a bowl.
- Cream the vegan butter and brown sugar in a separate bowl for 3 minutes, then add the flax eggs and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients in two batches, then fold in the molasses, oats, and raisins.
- Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) during the last 15 minutes of chilling.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and place on the baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, then cool on the baking sheet for 5 to 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
