Easy Roasted Delicata Squash

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Scrub the squash and trim the ends, then cut each in half and remove the seeds.
- Slice the squash into rings about ¾ inch thick and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Melt the bacon fat and pour it over the squash, then sprinkle the seasoning and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the rings on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes until browned.
- Flip the squash with a spatula and roast for another 10 minutes or until tender.
