  • ½ loaf pumpkin bread, sliced thickly (about 6 pieces)

  • ½ cup whole milk

Instructions

  2. 2. Heat a nonstick or oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Dip each piece of pumpkin bread in the mixture and soak for about 20 seconds.
  4. 4. Let excess drip off, then transfer to the hot skillet and fry for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and almost crispy.
  5. 5. Serve with butter, maple syrup, and toasted coconut.
