Instructions
- Preheat the electric griddle.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Butter the preheated griddle.
- Dip both sides of each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak up some of the mixture.
- Transfer the slices to the griddle and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Repeat with all slices of bread until the mixture is used up.
- Serve warm with maple syrup, butter, and powdered sugar.
