General Tso's Cauliflower

The sauce

low sodium vegetable broth

soy sauce

Hoisin sauce

cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine milk, flour, and spices to form a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower piece in the batter until fully coated and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake the cauliflower for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the cauliflower bakes, heat oil in a saucepan and add the remaining sauce ingredients except for cornstarch.
- Heat the sauce for 2-3 minutes, then add cornstarch and whisk until thickened.
- Once the cauliflower is golden brown, toss it in the sauce until fully coated.
