Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Remove florets from the cauliflower and chop into smaller pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, almond milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to create the batter.
- Dip each cauliflower piece in the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake the wings for 22 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by heating sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a pan.
- Add the remaining sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened.
- Toss the baked wings in the sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
