Ham and Cheese Pretzel Bites

Instructions
- Combine warm water with one teaspoon of brown sugar and yeast, and let it stand until foamy.
- In another bowl, mix warm milk with the remaining brown sugar until dissolved.
- Once the yeast is foamy, add the milk mixture and flour to form a dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface and place it in a greased bowl, covering it to rise for 2 hours.
- After rising, divide the dough into four balls and the ham and cheese into four portions.
- Roll each dough ball into a rectangle, fill with ham and cheese, and roll tightly.
- Cut each roll into 12 pieces and place them on baking sheets to rest for 30 minutes.
- Boil water and baking soda, then boil the pretzel bites for 20 seconds each, draining them afterward.
- Bake the pretzel bites at 400°F for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with salt, and serve with mustard for dipping.
