Whole30 Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

Instructions
- Toss the halved new potatoes with rosemary, thyme, 3 cloves of minced garlic, salt, and pepper; set aside.
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and 2 cloves of minced garlic, then sear the steak cubes for 3 minutes on each side; remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, add the remaining ghee and the seasoned potatoes to the skillet, sauté until browned and cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, return the steak to the skillet, stir everything together, and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes before serving, garnished with chopped parsley.
