Instructions
- Wash, core, and slice the apples.
- Combine the sliced apples in the Instant Pot.
- Add the apple juice, spices, vanilla, and lemon juice, and stir to combine.
- Lock the lid and set the cook time to 10 minutes at high pressure.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for about 10 minutes, then use quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Blend the cooked apple mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or food processor.
- Press the Sauté button on the Instant Pot and set the time to 15 minutes to thicken the mixture.
- Once thickened, transfer the apple butter to a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
