Instant Pot Apple Butter

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and seal the lid.
- Select the Pressure Cook/Manual setting for 7 minutes.
- Allow a 10-minute natural release before quick releasing remaining pressure.
- Mash the apples using a potato masher.
- Switch to Slow Cook mode on high heat for 5 hours, leaving the lid ajar to allow steam to escape.
- Stir occasionally during the slow cooking process.
- Once done, blend the apple butter until smooth using an immersion blender.
