Apple Butter

Instructions
- Core and chop the apples and place them in the slow cooker.
- Add cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and water, then cover and cook on low for 6 hours until apples are tender.
- Use an immersion blender to puree the cooked apples to make applesauce.
- Loosely cover the pot and cook for another 6 to 8 hours on low until the applesauce reduces by nearly half.
- Once thick, transfer the apple butter to a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
