Instructions
- Peel and dice the apples.
- Add the diced apples, cinnamon sticks, fresh ginger, apple juice, ground cloves, and Sucanat to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
- Reduce heat to low and cook covered for 15 ½ hours.
- If needed, cook on medium heat uncovered until desired thickness is achieved.
