Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 4-5 hours or on Low for 9-10 hours.
- Remove the lid and puree the mixture using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
- Taste and adjust sweetener and spices as needed.
- Allow the apple butter to cool and thicken.
