Keto Bell Pepper Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Red bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 2 leaves Leaf lettuce
  • 8 oz Deli turkey slices
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • ½ medium Avocado (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Remove the stem from the bell peppers, cut them in half, and remove the ribs and seeds.
  2. Spread mayonnaise and mustard over the bell pepper halves.
  3. On two of the halves, layer lettuce, turkey slices, provolone cheese, bacon, and avocado.
  4. Top with the other half of the bell pepper.
