Instructions
- Remove the stem from the bell peppers, cut them in half, and remove the ribs and seeds.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard over the bell pepper halves.
- On two of the halves, layer lettuce, turkey slices, provolone cheese, bacon, and avocado.
- Top with the other half of the bell pepper.
