(unpeeled, with the ends trimmed off)
Instructions
- Pour water into the inner liner of the Instant Pot.
- Place the trivet or steamer rack in the pot.
- Rinse and scrub the raw beets, leaving them whole and unpeeled.
- Close the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Press the Pressure Cook button and adjust the cook time based on the size of the beets.
- After cooking, wait 5 minutes for natural pressure release, then perform a Quick Release.
