Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Water for the pressure cooker
  • Whole Fresh Beets (unpeeled, with the ends trimmed off)

Instructions

  1. Pour water into the inner liner of the Instant Pot.
  2. Place the trivet or steamer rack in the pot.
  3. Rinse and scrub the raw beets, leaving them whole and unpeeled.
  4. Close the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
  5. Press the Pressure Cook button and adjust the cook time based on the size of the beets.
  6. After cooking, wait 5 minutes for natural pressure release, then perform a Quick Release.
