Instructions
- Remove the beet greens and cut the beets into 1-inch cubes.
- Pour water into the Instant Pot and fit a steamer basket inside.
- Add the beets to the steamer basket and secure the lid.
- Set the steam release valve to Sealing and cook at high pressure for 12 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.
- Release any remaining pressure and check the beets for tenderness with a fork.
- Let the beets cool and store them in an airtight container.
