Homemade Frozen Waffles

Instructions
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Scoop a ladle of batter onto a hot waffle iron and cook until light brown.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Place cooked waffles on a cooling rack.
- Once cooled, transfer waffles to a freezer bag, placing wax paper between every two waffles.
- To serve, toast the frozen waffles until crisp.
