Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Peel, core, and cut the apples into ½-inch wedges.
- Mix together all filling ingredients and fold into the apples.
- Pour the apple mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
- Mix together all topping ingredients until the butter is incorporated.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping over the apple mixture.
- Place the cobbler in the oven and increase the heat to 425°F.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 375°F.
- Cook for an additional 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes before serving.
