Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a sticky mixture forms.
- 2. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then blend again briefly.
- 3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces.
- 4. For a loaf, wrap one piece in foil and steam for 30 minutes.
- 5. For strips, slice the cooled loaf into desired sizes.
- 6. For shredded seitan, shred the cooled loaf by hand.
- 7. For bites or nuggets, tear off pieces and steam for 10 minutes.
- 8. Store the seitan in the fridge or freeze for later use.
