Tangy Honey Mustard Baked Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Pat the chicken wings dry and place them in a large bowl.
- Mix the paprika, garlic powder, chipotle chili powder, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings, add canola oil, and toss to coat.
- Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and spread the wings evenly on the rack.
- Bake the wings for 20 minutes.
- Flip the wings and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
- While the wings are baking, heat a small pot over medium-high heat and combine the mustard, honey, ground mustard, and butter, stirring until melted.
- Toss the cooked wings in a large bowl with the honey mustard sauce until coated.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
