Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Mix salt, sugar, and spices in a bowl.
- Coat each wing in the spice mixture and place on a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the wings for 20 minutes, flip them over, and bake for another 10 minutes until done (165°F).
- For extra crispiness, broil for a couple of minutes, being careful not to burn.
- While the wings are baking, blend all dipping sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Serve the wings with the cilantro dipping sauce.
