Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a skillet, heat oil and add ground turkey with taco seasoning, cooking until browned.
- Prepare pico de gallo by mixing tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, layer tortilla chips, then top with turkey, black beans, and cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted, checking to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and top with pico de gallo, jalapeños, avocado, and sour cream. Serve with lime wedges.
