Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
- Add green beans, red bell pepper, and onion to the skillet, cooking until the green beans are tender.
- Transfer the vegetables to a bowl and cover to keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add more cooking spray and the ground beef, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, then drain excess fat.
- Return the skillet to the heat and add the remaining sesame oil, coconut aminos, honey, ginger, and chili garlic sauce, stirring to combine.
- Mix the vegetables back into the skillet and cook until heated through.
- Serve the stir fry over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
