Green Beans with Balsamic Butter

Instructions
- Combine the chopped green onions, minced garlic, and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan and cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5-7 minutes until reduced to a thick syrup.
- Remove the mixture from heat and set aside.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- While waiting for the water to boil, combine the balsamic mixture with the butter and set aside.
- Once the water is boiling, add the green beans and cook for 3-5 minutes until they float and turn bright green.
- Drain the green beans and toss them with the balsamic butter before serving immediately.
