Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, black pepper, and salt to prepare the lemon dressing.
- In a large salad bowl, combine red cabbage, celery, fennel, pear, apple, and oranges, and toss gently.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
- Sprinkle with hazelnuts and add optional black pepper and sea salt if desired.
