Ingredients

  • ½ cup watermelon, chopped into ½" cubes
  • 3 pieces heirloom tomatoes, cut into ½" pieces
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste sea salt
  • ¼ cup buffalo mozzarella, cut into small pieces (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep the watermelon and tomatoes, then place them in a large serving bowl.
  2. Toss the watermelon and tomatoes with avocado oil, pepper, Italian seasoning, sea salt, cheese, and basil.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
