Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and halve the tomatoes.
- Slice the halloumi into ½-inch thick planks, rub with olive oil, and grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side until charred. Then, slice the grilled halloumi into cubes.
- Assemble the salad by combining the sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, halloumi, red onions, and croutons.
- Drizzle with dressing, top with fresh basil, and season with flaky sea salt if desired.
