pan drippings from roasted chicken or roasted turkey

thyme, chopped
Instructions
- Heat chicken stock, onions, and garlic in a medium saucepan until boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer until onions and garlic are soft, about 30 minutes.
- Pour pan drippings into the saucepan.
- Blend the mixture until smooth using a Vitamix.
- Return the mixture to the saucepan and reheat it.
- Season with salt and thyme before serving.
