Instructions
- Pour a quarter of the milk into the inner liner of the Instant Pot.
- Add the yogurt starter and whisk to combine.
- If using, add the sweetened condensed milk and whisk until dissolved.
- Add the heavy cream and vanilla (if using) along with the remaining milk, and whisk well.
- Cover the pot with a lid or a plate.
- Press the Yogurt button and set the time for 8 hours (or 9 hours for a tarter flavor).
- Once the incubation is complete, cover the inner liner with a paper towel and a lid, then place it in the fridge to chill.
- After chilling, stir the yogurt; it should be thick.
