Ingredients

The yogurt base

  • 52 oz FairlifeĀ® Ultra Filtered Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Yogurt Starter (with live, active cultures)

Optional ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2-3 teaspoons Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Pour a quarter of the milk into the inner liner of the Instant Pot.
  2. Add the yogurt starter and whisk to combine.
  3. If using, add the sweetened condensed milk and whisk until dissolved.
  4. Add the heavy cream and vanilla (if using) along with the remaining milk, and whisk well.
  5. Cover the pot with a lid or a plate.
  6. Press the Yogurt button and set the time for 8 hours (or 9 hours for a tarter flavor).
  7. Once the incubation is complete, cover the inner liner with a paper towel and a lid, then place it in the fridge to chill.
  8. After chilling, stir the yogurt; it should be thick.
