Cultured Instant Pot Soy Yogurt

fortified, plain, unsweetened soymilk
Instructions
- Place cultured soy yogurt in the container of an Instant Pot.
- Add the quart of fortified soymilk to the container.
- Stir the mixture well.
- Cover the Instant Pot and press the Yogurt setting for about 8 hours.
- Once the cycle is complete, transfer the yogurt to an airtight container, reserving ½ cup for the next batch.
- Refrigerate the yogurt for up to 10-14 days.
