Cultured Instant Pot Soy Yogurt

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cultured soy yogurt, plain, unsweetened
  • 1 quart fortified, plain, unsweetened soymilk

Instructions

  1. Place cultured soy yogurt in the container of an Instant Pot.
  2. Add the quart of fortified soymilk to the container.
  3. Stir the mixture well.
  4. Cover the Instant Pot and press the Yogurt setting for about 8 hours.
  5. Once the cycle is complete, transfer the yogurt to an airtight container, reserving ½ cup for the next batch.
  6. Refrigerate the yogurt for up to 10-14 days.
